New Year!

Happy New Year everyone, hope you all had a wonderful holiday season! Any new years resolutions? I haven't really ever had one, but this year i'm committed to taking 1 photo every day for 365 days, so if any of you are interested in following that adventure I made my first post today that can be found here :)

RA Update: Still working on the new insurance issue for Enbrel, I need another pre auth to get it started again and i'm hoping it's all settled within the next two weeks cause i only have two shots left.. yikes!

  1. Hi, can I wish you a happy new year first and ask a question re insurance. I am in the UK. We have the NHS here. I had thought that in the US Barak had got this thing through your government to say that you all got medical care. Does this not apply to Enbrel? If not, can you go and see your local senator about it? I have been to see my member of Parliament about the meds and treatments before and it really helped. He wrote letters in support and asked a question in parliament. Anyway! Happy new year to you- off to look at your photies!

  2. Can't wait to see your photos every day! Happy new year to you!

  3. Happy New Year!! So as far as the Enbrel, don't worry too much. Things will work out. I am off Enbrel and on Rituxan and I still don't have a job or insurance. It will all work out.

    As far as the photography, Good for you! I am almost done with my Project 365. I don't think I will be doing another one this year. It really is a lot of work. But stick with it. Always have a camera and get out and go exploring. Go to Parks, go to the beach. Or even the mall can inspire!

  4. @ wonkey warrior, there have been some changes but not all of them take effect just yet.

    @sherlock, thanks!

    @Emily, I've been following yours and have been wanting to start but I wanted to wait till Jan 1st to do it :P & Wow how are you paying for rituxan without insurance?!!

  5. What a cool idea about 1 photo for every day, I'll be checking in on that project. It sucks having to deal with insurances, I'm confident that it will work out for you ... just hate jumping through hoops for these people.
